“I was looking for a pair of shoes for my toddler. I knew I wanted a pair of Converse and a pair shoes with Velcro instead of laces. As soon as I walked in, I saw the pair of Converse I'd been looking at online. Kevin, the store manager, was there and immediately helped me out with sizing. Because my son wasn't there, I had to look at a few different sizes. He did not have a problem with pulling different sizes. I told him that I was looking for a pair of shoes with Velcro as well. He showed me all the different styles they had. I was able to select a pair and a size with ease. They did not have the size that I needed in stock, but they offered to ship them to my house for free. I was in the store on Monday afternoon and the shoes were at my house by Wednesday afternoon. They were packaged well and delivered quickly. Before coming into the store, I had no idea that it existed. This will be the place that we purchase shoes for my son from this point forward.
