“Very clean and tidy. Plenty of room to walk through displays and aisles while browsing. Very clean bathrooms that are private rooms instead of stalls.Reasonable prices. My only negative is that we were in the store at least 15 mins and no one helped my son or husband. My daughter and I walked entire store back and forth and was never spoken to by any employee or asked if we needed help. With that being said, upon checkout the cashier, I believe her name was Katie, was extremely helpful finding my rewards account and updating the info. She was pleasant and humorous and very customer oriented.We will definitely be back because after leaving there we went to Cavenders across the road and although bigger store and more to choose, what we were looking for was better selection at boot barn. They may earn the last star if we get better customer service next go round. Katie was the only reason they got 4 stars this visit.”

“The store is very well laid out, in that they have an aisle specifically for Wide Width shoes. They had more of a selection than I expected.I browsed online before I went to the store and there was a questionnaire to help you determine which lines of their shoes fit your needs (high arches, slip resistant, etc.). They will even email you the results so you can go to the store and show the employees which ones you are interested in trying on. That was very helpful.The employees were also very helpful. They were running a BOGO-half-off sale, and the ones that were not included had a tag on them. That was neat and helpful.When I got to the register, they asked if I was a Rewards member. I had just signed up online the night before, but hadn't completed my profile, so my phone number wasn't coming up. They waited patiently for me to log in on my cell phone to add my phone number so they could find me. They wanted to make sure I got my points. And then, because I was spending over $100, she gave me the additional 10% discount as a Welcome Reward.I was very pleased with the experience and I'm sure I'll love the shoes. I will be back.”

“Huge selection of country wear and boots. Clean store, but every rack is overstuffed, so if you pick up an item it's hard to put back on. It makes looking through selections hard. Even though inventory was massive, the children boots were slim pickins. We found much bigger better selection across the road at boot barn.We were asked several times if we needed help so that is a plus.My son was looking for carhartt pants, and although they have massive inventory, there was nothing but blue jeans for men's bottoms, so that was a negative.Definitely will check them out again my daughter found several items she wanted.”

“This store offers a good selection of tennis or sneaker-type shoes for all ages. I was shopping for a preteen girl casual type shoes for her to wear to church. There were several shoes we liked but only size 9 or above in stock. We ended up with only 2-3 styles to pick from but she was excited to find shoes that looked like her friends are wearing. They had lots of women's dress shoes for even after 5. There is a large section of men's shoes of all types but I haven't used it.”

“I really tried avoiding this review, but after speaking with a store, them telling me to speak with customer service, and then customer service referring me back to a store, I am beyond frustrated.Long story short, I bought a pair of Adidas on March 1, 2024. The Cloudfoam bottom gave out and split open. I have worn these shoes probably a total of 5 times and have not run, worked out, done physical labor in them. I literally bought them because they are slip on sneakers for me to get on/off quick at the airport. Okay, no big deal, their site says that if it caused by a manufacturers defect, you are covered. GREAT! It split right at the seam where the Cloudfoam soles are put together, I am covered, or at least you would think.Needless to say, I travel for work and I didn't even take the receipt from the store because I didn't think I would need it. I threw the box away at my hotel that evening.Now, because I have no box,no receipt, I can't even get a damaged and defective exchange unless a store manager approves it? What about the part of the site that says if it's caused by a defect, it's covered. Well, the customer service department told me that statement isn't true because it's done at the store level, and it's "up to their manager." The shoe split right at the seam where the sole is put together. You can see it in the photos attached because the very bottom portion of the sole is still there, but the side of the shoe split off. Absolutely ridiculous that they won't do an exchange for something like this. The purchase was done March 1, 2024, at the store in Victoria, TX, and today is March 21, 2024.Keep in mind, I'm not asking for a return. I'm simply asking for an exchange for the SAME product, but instead I'm left with a shoe that looks like this:Edit: this review is NOT in regard to the Beaumont, TX store directly. I am not sure why it attached to that specific location.Second edit: the Beaumont store solved my issue! Big thanks to them! No thanks given to Victoria or Corporate teams though!”

“Lex was helpful n prompt to find a shoe for my son. I walked in looking to buy 1 pair but because she made it so easy to find a shoe I went a head n bought 2 pairs. She tried to help me find a 3rd pair but sizes were limited. Otherwise I would have continued to shop for shoes. Also the temperature in the store was extremely hot making it uncomfortable to shop.”

“No store compare, except bringback the college team shirts and apparels. That's what separated Champs, only bad part feel like you're turning into four locker. Please Champs, if you do that more sells. I used to come every week for my tar heels, now I don't. Got my Derek Jeter shirts.”

I was shopping for my 40th birthday and she went above and beyond to help and then to also compliment. The store is much cleaner and more organized since she started. Huge improvement.”
