“I give this AutoZone a 5+. My wife's car engine light came on the dash and was on the blink of a breakdown. It's a bad feeling! I heard they let you use their Diagnostic Scan tool to hookup to your car/truck. One employee named Grayson made all the difference with his knowledge, patience with an oldtimer, very courteous, and very customer service oriented!I was having trouble plugging it in, he came out to help me fast and took it back to his computer to see what the issues were. It was a simple fix and the second best thing was they have all the parts to repair any of the issues. This will be my number one Part Store close to home! Thank you AutoZone!!”

“I own a 2010 Prius and in the last few years I've noticed the hybrid battery capacity has been slowly going down. Recently I've gotten a P0A80 Code and knew that it was time to replace the hybrid battery. Checking with my dealer, I found that it was going to cost me around $3,800 for a new battery.
