“Felton and Erin are always very helpful. I have a CVS closer to me but chose to visit this specific CVS just because the stellar customer experience Felton provides. We have small talk when there is no line and asks me questions about additional preventative care like flue shots, etc. I am older and take medication for a couple of long term illnesses like Crohn’s disease. This staff is wonderful and keep my business private. Much Kudos!”

“Ive been coming here for half my life they dont have all that fancy stuff like the bigger stores do, your definitely not just a customer there, they have anything you need the rest of the stuff like the big stores have is too expensive to buy at a gas station anyway go to the dollar general down the road if you need that stuff but go to KCs for the rest of it. We need more stores like this one so if your moving to the area or just passing though stop in they have what you need and you save alot of time not walking past 20 freezers full of things your not gonna buy”

“They allow Dirty customers to take their used foam cups and refill them when the cup is literally included in the price of a drink. That is so disgusting and is how germs are spread. I went there twice today and both times I seen somebody doing it so I can only imagine how many times a day it happens.”

“If you expect your employees to be clocked out and locked up by 23:00, then you should adjust your hours for the store to be able 5-15 minutes prior to their clockout time. People should be able to swip their card up until the 23:00 mark, and the door should not be locked prior to that time, or else your hours are inaccurate. You'd be surprised how many people would actually throw a fit if something didn't go their way, and verbally assault your employees for shutting down the store earlier than the exact time your website says. My review took one star off for this, as I believe good customer service starts with the management team supporting their workers to the best of their ability.”

“Normal gas station and can save a few cents per gallon using a walmart gift card as well. Times of operation could be adjusted a bit but overall a good location.”
