At this Kroger Pharmacy a new pharmacy manager is working to get the location in order. The staff offers great customer service, is very knowledgeable, kind, and patient, especially with ailing customers. The pharmacy is very busy, with employees handling the counter, drive‑through pharmacy, and filling prescriptions while dealing with shortages from big pharma. Customers are encouraged to be kind and patient as staff are short‑handed and working hard. The bakery department offers a nice selection of cakes and pies; cakes are delicious and a favorite for birthdays and anniversaries. Flowers are plentiful and beautiful. The bakery manager and pharmacy employee are both described as excellent, going above and beyond to accommodate needs and provide sprinkles or a container of stashes. The store’s good work is appreciated.
My Kroger pharmacy is exceptional because of the great employees that work there! They're efficient, friendly and always have a kind word and smile for me. Fair prices and they're right by my house. Don't forget the fuel points! The icing on the cake 😉
