“Finally!! RJ FOR THE WIN!!We have used LW Cleaners for year's despite the fact the customer service was simply awful.Since dealing with RJ we are happy to continue taking out cleaning there, as opposed to simply having our laundry needs handled by the closest cleaners.”

“This was a great experience until our loads were almost done. We were going to gift the remaining minutes of our dryer to someone in need. My husband checked the dryer When he took out the clothes and there was still 8 minutes left. He brought the clothes over to me. We folded a few and he went back and saw that they were only 5 minutes left. In other words, the time was running down even though the dryer was still open. There was a guy working and my husband explained the situation and he said he would put the money back on. He never did. Here's a photo of him. I suggest you run business smart because there are people who can't afford washers and dryers and I would consider that robbery And taking advantage. We're not hurting, we're just new to the area and haven't gotten a washer or dryer yet. But my hope is that ownership would respond And attempt to make it right. So I can have my money back and I can go gift it to somebody who needs it. Thank you for your time and consideration.”
“Staff here is great! I needed to wash something that was too big for my washer and they had a huge washer that fit it and silly me didn’t know you needed cash and the lady gave me the quarters so I could start the laundry and go grab the cash for it. Everything came out super clean as well!! Very happy and will be back every time I need a larger washer!”
