“What a great experience. I have so much to say- When they found out I was fostering/adopting they supported me with their adoption program and sent me home with a bunch of goodies- a whole bag of food, raw goat milk, probiotics, another bag of frozen food, I’m not sure I’m remembering everything right now. All that for free !!! I went there stressed worried what I have to do.. but everything was so easy and I didn’t even have to pay anything. ?! I also learned that the owner is a holistic nutritionist for pets, and they have nothing in the store that he wouldn’t give his own pet pets. I was incredibly honored to learn such a person exists, and I thank him on behalf of all the pets and their humans. I don’t think I’ll ever go to another pet store again. I have found my new pet partner, we will keep going back for our future needs. Also sidenote- my pet loves the food.! he munched down his first meal. I’m still working on finding his flavor of treats. And especially because he was a big dog, they made my life so much easier, and I felt supported. I also love that I don’t have to worry about any funny ingredients in the food. My plan was to foster, continue fostering so I will be bringing in more pets into my life, and I couldn’t be happier to have found a new pet partner.”
“They have me hooked! Several friends has mentioned this place as a local business with great sustainable pet food options so I finally decided to check it out when looking for a new dog food. Ample parking as it's in a strip mall, the space is big and they have tons of great brands for food, toys, and other pet supplies. The staff is really what made it. They were super helpful in deciding on a dry food to try but that will get my pup enough nutrients and helped calculate how many cups of food is in the bag I went with to see what avg cost would be. Overall fabulous experience and can't wait to come back. PLUS they deliver free if you order before 3! Simply amazing”

I’ve had great experiences each time I’ve been (I’ve been coming since last summer), but they really outdid themselves this time. “I went in couple months ago and asked an employee about dog foods for senior dogs suffering from joint pain. The vet suggested a very pricey food for me so wanted to see if Tomlinson had a cheaper option. Employee was very informative to tell me it’s better to get a liquid supplement instead so I thought I’d try it out! My 12 year old dog’s life has been turned around! She doesn’t struggle to get out of her dog bed and has been running around like a young pup for months now!!! Thank you ??”

“This is probably the best dog store I have ever been to anywhere in the country! The owner is really friendly, helpful, and cares about both his customers and their furry friends! We live in Oklahoma and come to this store every time we're in town! If you use his dog bath, he also pulls out all the stops with a fan or heater for the humans (depending temp outside), towels, a hair scrubber, and a pitcher for soapy water. Recommend ?!”
“My cat LaLa and I highly recommend groomer Michelle. Michelle is always loving and skillful at trimming and uses a router/grinder to finish LaLa's nails. LaLa never complains or fusses. Amazing. Best yet is it cost only $13 so I always give a tip. Meow!”
“This is the best pet store ever! My dog and cat both love all of healthy pet's products. We have been coming to the store regularly for 8 years. From the dog/cat wash to superior treats to the phenomenal staff- nothing else compares.We started coming to the store when the owner was there every day with his sweet pup Biggie. He has cultivated an amazing community. My 13 year old domestic shorthair and my 6 year old Australian Shepherd are both incredibly healthy and youthful and it's all because of healthy pet!Do yourself a favor and order from them or visit in person!”

“We have had such great experiences at Aqua Dome! Their staff are all incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful! They’ve been such a wonderful asset to us as we’ve set up a small 10 gallon with fish, and a 2.5 gallon with shrimp! They have great prices and happy and healthier tanks than any of the big box stores in the area. It’s also just a unique place to visit!”

“I want to share a positive experience about Kim at the Petco location in Westlake (3201 Bee Caves Rd., Austin, TX). I shop at this store at least every other week, sometimes once a week, and whenever Kim is there she consistently goes above and beyond.
Kim is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with any questions I have. You can truly tell that she enjoys what she does and cares about the customers who come into the store.
During my most recent visit, I bought about six cans of food and a small bag of treats. Kim double-bagged my items before handing them to me- without me even asking for a double bag. (I know It may sound like a small detail, but it actually makes a BIG difference.) Most of the time when I only get one bag, it ends up tearing or I have to re-bag everything when I get to my car. That small extra step showed a level of thoughtfulness and attention to detail that I really appreciated.
Employees like Kim are a big reason why I keep coming back to Petco. I rarely take the time to write reviews or contact management, but I felt she absolutely deserved the recognition. I sincerely hope upper management recognizes the great work she does. Kim is a standout employee and someone who represents your company extremely well.”

“Went during happy hour to have my Lucy dog's nails clipped. They were so good with her, she didn't put up a big struggle as she does with us. I was so pleased the way they were able to keep her calm, and not act like she was being tormented, as she does when we attempt to trim her nails. A great experience, we will be returning. “While trying to check out at the front counter a few weeks ago - I realized my wallet wasn’t in my pocket. Panicking, i started searching all throughout the store. After asking the associates there for help in looking - each person had stopped what they were doing to assist me. Even if it was just a few minutes. After having no luck and accepting that someone may have swiped my wallet, the associate was very reassuring and gave me guidelines on what to do next with my money and accounts. Overall, this location has some of the best helpers out there. I hope they are all doing well and i can’t thank them enough for helping me that day. Petco kyle is top choice ??”
“Friendly, helpful staff. Location and size of this Petco makes getting in and out a breeze. I rely on the semi regular clearance of good quality brands to feed my big crew of eleven (mostly rescues). All the staff is wonderful but a shout out to Ryn for always being helpful and providing useful tips.”
