“I have been living in these apartments for two months, and so far my experience has been very positive. The maintenance team is always willing to help and quickly resolve any issues that come up. The community is quiet, which makes the environment very pleasant.
I would like to especially highlight Itzel Gonzales, who assisted me during the leasing process. She was very kind, highly professional, and provided clear solutions with excellent communication. Thanks to her, the whole process was smooth and enjoyable.

“My family walked into Palm Harbor- Round Rock with little hope and a desperate need to get into a bigger home asap, as my mother n law had a botched back surgery leaving her paralyzed from the waist down. We've been renting a house for 20 years and it just doesn't have the room. Shawn Jeffries took us under his wing and treated us like family, helping us navigate through this stressful process and getting us into a home we could afford. My daughter became his partner in crime instantly lol. She now has a Mountian Dew Code Red addiction ? but that's ok. We can't thank him enough for his hard work in helping us every step of the way. “I’ve really enjoyed living at Jovie Pflugerville . The staff (Kirra, Lisa , Yuni and Angela) is friendly, responsive, and always willing to help with any concerns. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the common areas are kept clean and well-maintained.
The location is fantastic—close to shopping, restaurants, and public transportation, but still quiet and peaceful. My apartment is spacious with modern appliances, plenty of storage, and great natural light.
The community feels safe and welcoming, and the amenities like the fitness center, pool, and resident events really add to the experience. Overall, I highly recommend Jovie Pflugerville to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed place to live.”

“We were impressed with the tour, the model unit was very nice and the complex is huge with plenty of amenities but the biggest thing I noticed was how well put together the leasing office staff was compared to other tours we took. Josi was able to answer any questions we had. The application process was lengthy because I make most of my income through cash tips but after sending some supporting documents and employment verification letters it wasnt an issue. Josi and the rest of the leasing office team were more than willing and quick to answer questions throughout the application, lease signing and beyond which made the moving process so much easier since we were coming from a different city. The apartment was almost impeccable unpon move in which, in my case, has been pretty rare. not much to note on the move in inventory sheet and the place was really clean besides some small things. We've been here a few days and everything has been good! Moving anywhere, especially to a different city is stressful and I'm grateful to have found a spot with a strong team and well cared for units.”
“I could get on here and trash these people like some sort of entitled child, or I can act like an adult and put myself in others shoes for one minute of my life.
It seems the residents of this property are targeting the wrong people. Any “level headed” person can see that this property was poorly built. Thats the first thing to take under consideration. The new management company, office staff and the ONE maintenance technician for 350 apartments are not the ones who built this place. I see that they are trying to accommodate a bunch spoiled, entitled, and inconsiderate residents who just want out of their leases, the best they can. My hats off to the Willow Bridge Staff for putting up with these people. You definitely don’t deserve any harsh treatment considering the obstacles thrown your way. There are residents who understand.”
“Maintenance crew is very helpful. AC unit completely broke down and needed replacement and Maintenance fought for us to get a replacement. Works great now. Leasing office is also very helpful and accommodating. Units are very nice for the price.”
“Arise was my home for more than two years, and I had a great experience living there. The amenities are excellent, especially the gym, pool and social areas. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to downtown, the airport, and GFTX (Tesla). I truly appreciate the support and professionalism of Dario, Shanna and the maintenance team over the past months.”
“I have lived here for many years, and today I simply want to express my gratitude to Ezequiel because he is truly the best. He deserves a raise or at least a Christmas bonus since he clearly knows his work. He repaired my shower, did the caulking around my bathroom and bathtub, and completed a great deal of maintenance work efficiently and without leaving any mess. He works neatly and professionally, and he did the job himself without any assistant or help from other employee.
I would also like to thank Griselda, the Manager, for always listening to me and helping whenever she can.

“I have been here for about 5 years and everyone has always been very nice and helpful. I recently met Timothy and I want to really thank him for going out of his way to offer to help me dispose of my trash when he saw me struggling to get it to my car one morning. There was another time where had to come to my apartment because my hvac was leaking and he was very prompt, respectful and cleaned up after he was done.”
“I've been here since December and I have no real complaints, the staff has been very helpful when I've had questions and maintenance has been timely if I've had any small requests. I haven't used the pool yet this Summer but I do thoroughly enjoy my apartment itself and the property; I can't comment on the management company as other have but the staff knows what they're doing.”
“I’ve lived at these apartments since 2022. The first year was a little rough — we dealt with loud upstairs neighbors, a burst pipe that caused water damage, and frequent internet issues tied to the building wiring. At that point I almost moved out, but when searching for a new apartment I realized that the grass isn’t always greener. A lot of places in the same price range had very outdated appliances and visibly old. You could really tell a difference. So instead we decided to transfer units.
Since the switch, things have been so much better. We’ve been in our current unit for two years now and haven’t had any issues. It’s quiet, even with families living nearby, and parking is easy with the carport. We did have a minor pest issue at first, but pest control resolved it quickly. I also did have a package stolen from my porch but you get porch pirates everywhere and anywhere you live nowadays. House or apartment. I put a ring camera and have had no issues anymore, I instruct Amazon to leave packages in the parcel or ensure I’m home to receive them.
The location is really convenient, and we’ve already renewed our lease again because overall we enjoy living here. The fire station and car noises don’t bother my wife and I, I’m a city kid so it’s white noise to me. Also knew when I was getting into, the department is right across the street!
Like any apartment community, you will hear people talking or movies playing subtly, but that’s just part of apartment living and not really something management can control.
The good news is management has improved a lot since I first moved in, and maintenance has always been great. The gym stays clean, the pool is well kept, and overall it’s been a solid place to live.”

Gabby greeted me right away and was extremely attentive. She gave me a tour on the spot, which already made the experience feel different from everywhere else I had tried.
I decided to apply, and from that moment on, Gabby stayed in contact with me through every step of the process. She was patient, helpful, and always made sure I understood what was needed. Thanks to her support, the whole process moved quickly, and in less than two weeks I was able to move in. I really appreciate her professionalism and the way she made everything smooth and stress‑free.

“I Love These Spacious Apartments. I’m Afforded a resort like atmosphere❣️The apartment maintenance staff is responsive and qualified enough. There is however room for improvement. I’ve lived here for 4 years and had 3 different property managers. In my opinion the up keep of the overall property has deteriorated. In particular the community pool bathrooms near pool and mailroom have been down right nasty. When I mentioned to office staff Ms T, I forgot her actual name, she stated the property did not have money to maintain these areas on weekends and that I should only be concerned with my individual apartment. I explained to her I was paying for amenities as well!! This was an unacceptable answer and situation tenants were facing. I am definitely looking to move if these issues are not remediated ASAP and continue to be monitored!!”

“I’ve been living here one month and so far my experience has been extremely pleasant. Upon move-in the unit had obviously been thoroughly cleaned and any concerns they handled promptly. Maintenance has been quick to respond with often a one day turn around. Leslie in the front office is so sweet and has been happy to answer any questions that have popped up. Also love the area with tech ridge shops a 5 minute drive away and a convenience store within walkable distance across the street. I love living here so far!”
