“It's new new and pretty, and pretty chaotic, and too many people trying to shop at the same time. The parking lot is too laid out wrong cuz everybody wants premium parking so you have to walk a half a block just to get to the store even if you're handicapped which I am. The pervasive attitude in the store of halves and have nots. It just stinks. People are not kind here. They think they live somewhere else and that they are somebody else. Sorry. Imagine that...”

“After years of being frustrated by Walgreens and CVS' big business models, I was so pleased to find Auro Pharmacy. This is a small, family-run business, and you can tell by their customer service. You're never on hold, they fill your prescriptions within a couple hours, and they're always available to help. It's a totally different-- and superior-- pharmacy experience. I like coming here because it's always organized, and clean, and the staff is always very friendly and super nice. This H-E-B is cool because it's in the Mueller area and there's a bar next door, and a lot of other cool shopping places nearby.”

They always give great service and always fill my prescriptions without me having to call and ask them to fill it, like I always had to with CVS pharmacy at H-E-B pharmacy. “I do recommend them but please train the baggers how to load groceries in the bags and carts. I had a hell of a time trying to lift the water, Gatorade and sodas out of the cart. This is why there’s a shelf underneath. I’m older but hopefully they don’t do that for the elderly. Also. Whomever was working the cash register number 15 around 12:45 should be taught to have a better attitude. He was grumpy.”

“I think it’s what you would expect from a typical Walgreens. I’ve seen the pharmacy get busy at time which must be frustrating but usually it isn’t. It stays clean and well stocked. So I’d give it 5 stars, it’s your typical Walgreens. Can get busy but not like most I’ve been to on average I’d say!”

“I was very surprised to see this HEB with such a low rating. Sure it's not an HEB Plus so in comparison you may not have quite as many options. But, if you don't have random cult favorites that you "must have" this HEB is a solid choice. It's got all the staples and can be less overwhelming that the Plus locations. This HEB is always well stocked and the staff is nothing but friendly and helpful!”
