“HEB has great products, but the customer service is definitely hit or miss.
Sometimes the staff is very friendly, helpful, and welcoming, while other times you’re barely acknowledged.
A simple hello or friendly interaction can make a big difference. I’d just like to see more consistent customer service.”

“This is my go-to H-E-B location. Currently, the store is undergoing renovations, which means the aisles are a bit disorganized right now. Despite the temporary inconvenience, I believe the completed work will result in a much-needed improvement to the store's flow and layout.
August 2026 Update: the renovations have been completed! Layout is functional and easy to navigate. Friendly partners and clean facilities.”

“I love this H-E-B plus location! I literally live across the street so I'm here about 2x a week lol. It's an older location compared to the other H-E-B plus stores I've been too and can probably use a facelift, but that is okay with me. It has everything I need and more. Sidenote: A few months ago I heard about their butter flavored tortillas from the bakery section and how yummy they are...so i grabbed a pack ...and I am hooked on those! They're so yummy I can eat them alone, pop it in the microwave for 10 seconds and I'm good to go :) They tend to sell out of them often, so I make it a point to pass by the bakery on every visit and grab a pack or two if they have them. Lastly, just wanted to point out how awesome their makeup section is. I'm a drugstore makeup kind of girl, and they carry all the different brands and more and are usually fully stocked, I love it!”
“Clean, consistently well priced, always functional (pumps never out of service). Offers additional engine cleaner added into the fuel, has a car wash, and a little kiosk run by a real live person who can help if your paying in cash, want to buy snacks or drinks, etc.”

“Hi. I love HEB and the pharmacy, but I dont think its a good idea to place credit cards in the bag of meds at the drive thru.
When I went thru the drive thru at HEB yesterday, when the automated delivery box got to the far lane with my meds, the box doors flung open and the bag fell out to the ground. I had to pull up, get out of the car and pick the bag up. Now distracted, I didnt even think about the card.
Fast forward to today at work, I realize my credit card is missing. Knowing I used it last at HEB the day prior and what happened, I wondered if it to fell to the ground as well and I missed it.
I left work immediately to check if anyone turned it in at HEB. Nobody did. I asked the guy at the pharmacy if they still put credit cards in the bag with the meds and he said no. They clip it to the clipboard in the box.
Went home, dug the bag out of the garbage and sure enough...there it was in the bag.
I'm requesting to please not place credit cards in the bag. I realize some of this is on me, but placing cards in the bag is not a good idea. Especially with the distraction of everything falling to the ground at the drive thru due to a faulty system.
Also, it might help to get that delivery box fixed since my wife said same thing happened to her the day prior.
Anyway, I'm glad I hadn't taken that garbage can with my card in it to the road this morning since it is our weekly garbage day as well.”

“This is my favorite store. It is near my work so I happen to pop in often. Forgot to buy snacks? Walgreens has me covered. Forgot to bring a drink? Arizona tea is here for me. Walgreens even has gift cards and greeting cards in case you forget. They always have a seasonal aisle for the holidays with cute stuff. Right now, it's full of summer items. The cashiers are always friendly and Walgreens always has some deal going on for Card members. Be sure to sign up if you haven't already so you earn rewards on your purchases. I have only used the pharmacy once and it was a pleasant experience. Nothing stressful and everything was processed via insurance like expected. Thank you Walgreens' cashiers for always being so friendly.”

She was very kind to me… I was trying to utilize the app and Jessica S took it upon herself to help me through the process. I don’t fully understand how couponing works at Walgreens just yet so it can be a bit frustrating but JESSICA S is there to help as much as she possibly can. She makes me want to shop at her store. When I walk in everybody is all smiles but Jessica S goes above and beyond to help she’s a true asset to the Walgreens corporation.
