“I had an absolutely wonderful experience with staff and Dr Shifrin at Eyecare for Animals Veterinarian Clinic. Rey has scars on his eyes; Dr Shifrin examined his eyes, explained what the spots are and the different potential causes as well as potential short and long term outcomes. I learned a lot in a short time. He did all this thoroughly, patiently, and with a kind, fun personality. His staff were warm and welcoming It's stressful to be concerned about any kind of problem, none more-so than the eyes in my opinion. The Dr and his wonderful staff made it a very pleasant experience and, in the end... the bill was better than I expected for a specialist. I would give a 6 out of 5 stars if I could!!! His conclusion regarding Rey's eyes: nothing to worry about or do about it at this time. It doesn't seem to be hurting or interfering with vision and there's little risk it will get worse until, maybe, later in life.”

“Amazing team at Pfenning Lane Animal Hospital. From when I walked in to make an appointment to the day of the actual appointment always felt like I had been going to them for years. Every team member greeted with us, shared a some personal humor and put us at ease. It has that old small town feel and not the rushed in rushed out atmosphere. The Vet and the attendee took time to get to know us and what we were experiencing. We have a special needs pup and the Vet screened through all the documents we had asked questions before ever making any judgement calls. Without a doubt the BEST team of vets I could have ever hoped or imagined!”
“Emancipet is the only vet I will be taking my cat back to for his healthy pet visits! After taking him to another ”affordable” vet in Austin and being hit with a not affordable cost for the most basic care, I wanted to try emancipet again after having gone to the Levander Loop location years ago with my other pets. I was SO impressed with this location! Arriving just after opening there was a wait, but they offer a cat room separate from where the dogs wait to keep kitties calm. The vet was incredibly kind and informative, and I was able to get in and out within 15 minutes once it was my turn to see the vet. For half the cost I paid at the other vet(which was a single vaccine along with FLV/FVRCP testing) I was able to get FVRCP, FLV, and rabies vaccines along with his microchip. So grateful for Emancipet for keeping veterinary care TRULY affordable!”

“Dr. Boudin is the BEST! She really goes above and beyond, and I am so grateful to have found a vet like her! She is a brilliant woman that takes the time to explain things to animal owners in a way they can understand. She was so compassionate when I had to put my cat down and really took the time to make sure my cat and I were comfortable and fully understood all of the decisions. She never made me feel rushed or that she was too busy to take care of my cat. She really cares about the animals and is exceptional at her job. I highly recommend Dr. Boudin if you need a vet. The clinical staff is also super friendly and feels like family! Every experience I’ve had there has been outstanding.”

“Absolutely best vet in the area and surrounding areas!!!!!!!! Was told by a vet in hutto my dog had a spinal injury and needed to be euthanized, went to see Dr Cohen after a recommendation from a friend. He was able to diagnose and treat our dog with an infection in her spine. After the prescribed antibiotics she made a full recovery. Then he was able to help us with another issue with our dog Beretta. He saved her life. She got into something and go a bad infection in her paw, we thought she would lose the leg. He really had to think outside the box to find the correct treatment. After the wound vac treatment and a course of the right antibiotics she healed fully. He's nice, professional, and you can tell he cares about the animals more then anything else!!!! 10 out of 10 recommend!!!!”

“Amazing nice staff , GOOD prices super helpful i don’t know if this is always done but i didn’t have an appointment and they still saw me and helped me asap. i was very scared for the cost but it was so reasonable and they will tell u every single thing they can do to help your dog but with no feeling of pressure to pay for anything extra than what you came in for . very down to earth little vet i will
most definitely recommend. this is not a place just looking for money , they really do want to help your animals. if you are worried about what animal hospital you take your animal too like i was i would def recommend this one because going only made me and my fur baby feel better”
“I was recommended to come here by our vet when they couldn’t get us in for our dog’s torn toenail. I didn’t want to take away resources from the emergency vet, so this was the perfect solution. Every person I met was so friendly and was so nice to our dog Turbo, who has a lot of vet anxiety. The whole process was smooth and I really appreciated the itemized breakdown of charges so I knew what we were paying for.
