“We took our aging German shepherd, Emma, in to see Dr Tracy. Amazing! She listened to what we were saying, she took Emma for a stroll in and outside the clinic to observe her symptoms, then discussed our options for treatment in short and long terms. Unlike many other dog clinics we have visited, there was zero attempt to "up-sell" the visit with additional superfluous treatments, tests, or meds. We found an actual animal advocate in Austin Vet at Metric.”

“Great place for getting pet vaccines, neuter/spay, monthly preventatives, microchips for a good price. All the techs and front desk are so friendly.If you have special needs, this isn’t the place for you but for not exciting normal dog maintenance needs, it’s perfect!there can be a wait but if you come as odd hours, there is no wait at all.”
“I was in a bind with needing an extra week's worth of medication for my 19yo cat with Hyperthyroidism and even though I do not (currently) take my cat to Dessau (which shall be changing) they were willing to provide me with the medication since my vet was closed! I will forever be grateful!”

They are not cheap, but they are also honest when you ask if something is REALLY needed, or if it can be put off for awhile. They are knowledgeable and sincere. Both of the vets are kind and considerate.”

“My cat housed here for 10 days, and everything seemed well! I was sent one photo of her in those 10 days (without paying extra for daily pictures), and drop off/pick up was easy. The staff seemed to love her and spoke very positively of her, and all the items we brought in with her were returned to us. She seemed very hungry when she got home, but I’ll chalk it up to stress. Overall a great experience! Would trust them with my cat again.”

I reached out to this location and they manage to have available appointment.Despite their busy schedule, the team showed unwavering compassion and professionalism throughout our visit. They took exceptional care of my cat, even though her condition was dire. Sadly, she passed away, but what touched me deeply was their willingness to allow me to be there during her last moments.In those final moments, I witnessed the tremendous care and tenderness they provided to my furry friend.
