About Enterprise Rent-A-Car
Enterprise Rent-A-Car offers a reliable car rental service with locations at airports and in Mansfield, TX, as well as in over 30 countries. Customers appreciate the easy online booking and the helpful mobile app. Many reviews highlight the exceptional customer service, particularly from staff members who go above and beyond to assist customers during emergencies, such as when another rental company fails to provide a reserved vehicle. The quick turnaround time for getting cars ready is also frequently praised, with some customers receiving vehicles in less than 30 minutes. However, some challenges include difficulty finding the location due to a lack of prominent signage and limited parking availability, which can lead to inconvenience. While customers commend the overall service, there are occasional comments about vehicle cleanliness. Despite these minor issues, Enterprise is highly recommended by customers for its dedication to service and support during critical times, making it a go-to choice for car rentals.

Pickup and drop-off were fast, the car (Kia K4) was an upgrade to what I was expecting and the price was fair.
