  After reading the number of other reviews about pre-rented cars being unavailable, I thought surely they would have fixed the problem. As of August 4th, 2026, they have not. Rented a car online, showed up to pick it up, the car is not available. Save your time and money, go to Hertz.

  I called and got the worse customer service ever. I will not waste my money at this location. Guy act like he was annoyed, rushing me off the phone.

  Scammy. Returned a car during lunch time. The return wasn't processed until the following business day. Charged my card $35 for the extra day. Weeks later, it still has not been resolved. Will not use again.
