“I have rented from here numerous times and have yet to have a problem. People who are considering using a community location like this one, should understand that when there are large events in town, you may fare better by renting directly from the airport locations as they have many more cars available. The community stores often will have limited numbers of vehicles and will get cars from the airport when there's a need. If the community store doesn't have that option due to large demand, your confirmation may get canceled.”

“Corey LITERALLY made my day. I rented an EV from a different state to travel 500+ miles and spent over $200 on charging ALONE because the range on the stupid thing was non existent and the network of supercharger is small. Not to mention, I had to use supercharging or I would have to sit for 5+ hours to recharge the battery. The 8 hour trip took 11 and a half hours. Complain complain right! I stopped at an Avis in the town I’m visiting, praying I could get a gas car and though he didn’t have one available, he had one returning soon and gave me the option to wait. Long story short, thank you Corey. You were just doing your job, but you truly made me day.”

“Had 2 Budget location experiences. Night and day difference. The first time I came to this location I walked in the door 20 minutes before close with no reservation. The woman working got me into the last car available & took the time to explain the options, despite her shift ending & being held over by yours truly.
The only issue was a tire that lost air, when brought to their attention it was immediately rectified. They also gave me the option of a different vehicle honoring the original price. Very happy with my experience”
“Here is where the rubber meets the road with style. There was a line of people and I was pressed a bit for time. Get there early and you'll witness Kevin single-handedly and systematically address a line of customers(some hostile) with grace and class. He looked out for me and addressed a minor issue like a true professional. Remember he's doing his best and come back to write about your experience.
