“Todd Self Storage offers great rates, excellent customer service and a very clean property. The management team was very helpful and professional. I didn't know which size unit I needed so the manager took me to look at the units. She was able to make suggestions based on what I was placing in the storage and I didn't feel pressured to rent a space larger than I needed. If you need to store a few boxes, store your extra vehicle or a place to park your RV, this is the place.”
“Both women working were extremely helpful and always willing to explain everything very thoroughly and make accommodations for me! They were overall great and such a huge help!”
“Solid, dependable storage. I've had a spot here and never had an issue. The staff is helpful, the access is easy, and it’s consistently been a 'no-stress' experience.”
“Bree, the manager, was incredibly kind and helpful. I accidentally left my backpack near my storage unit, and she quickly secured it and kept it safe for me. I truly appreciate her honesty and great customer service.
The facility was very clean ,I see the manger always on top of things.
Thank you for your care .”

“Excellent customer service!!! I received a call before my scheduled time to confirm I was still coming in. My pickup time was right at their closing time but the young lady said that she would wait for me. I arrived a little earlier than my appointment and one of the young ladies took her time to help us.
When I returned the truck, I was assisted by another young lady and she was very professionally and helpful.
I read some of the reviews before I selected this location and some had me a little concerned. I was charged only for the miles I used, the truck was clean and the staff was very professional. I highly recommend Knapp Sisters Self Storage.”
“Excellent Customer service Ms Stacy was excellent customer service I would like to give her 10 Stars and then some and I do recommend Public Storage a lot of security is very important”
“Closed out rental of 3 separate units today and process was seamless and well documented. Kelly provided excellent site management, knowledge and access for purchase of moving materials through out the rental term. Kelly was very thorough in closing out all 3 units for me and sorting out the different spans of rental terms.”

“Good prices relative to other places I have used and researched. I like how much room they have yo back up my boat into the space and the fact that it includes electricity so I can have my batteries always charged up and ready to go. The ground is not concrete instead it is large stone gravel which isn't idea but worth it when I consider the other benefits”
“Friendly and Quick. Jam was very professional and got us a unit very promptly. Paperwork was a breeze! Location very clean and secure! Also Carmen was very helpful with an additional question when I called back.
Thanks Overflow Garage!”

“Rosenberg / UV installation Care tech and his team did a phenomenal job for us! Our new air duct are not only obviously cleaner, but they do are much more appropriate for our home, greatly improved air flow and efficiency. Each duct is hung and attached very expertly. The team was so professional, abided by COVID protocol, and left no mess behind. recommended more!”
“Rhianna was Awesome and very helpful through out my 4 months using public storage. She was very patient and kind. The place was always clean as well. I do wish that you had paper towels in the restroom, open 24hours, better lighting cooler in the units, and lower rates. Headquarters on the other hand, we're inpatient, messed up on putting my 3 units together so I had to pay Individually
Thank you!”
“Have done a lot of work with A-Affordable and won’t go anywhere else! They will work with you on whatever you need! Ask for Cody. He’s the man with the plan!”

“WOW, all you bosses and others in need of storage — here in Mansfield, Texas Amber was as outstanding as Susan was in renting me space.
Their expertise in this business was nothing to Bragg about except for their extraordinary exceptional knowledge!
I had precisely the same pleasure of my very own personal customer service once upon a time in my life as an outside sales person back in my hey day selling cell phones when I was the only lady in that industry in a big small town.
I couldn’t choose one over the other to work with!
It’s not easy to find these people I can assure you as I would definitely give them six stars like a rare General in the military that has happened but since five is all available, I am adding one more here! ⭐
Truly, their work ethics are spectacular and again the knowledge with the highest respect making me hope they are as proud of themselves as I am of them.
Kind Regards,
Kitty”
