“The manager (Anthony) of the UPS location on the access road of Hey 287 is not only helpful but probably the sweetest person I’ve met in any customer service store I’ve been in. I accidentally dropped a check on the ground outside of his store. In a panic I called to see if someone had seen it. This man went outside and found it for me. This act of kindness is verification that there are still people in this world tha are honest and kind hearted. 💕”

“I would give UPS Corporate Customer Service 1 star, but this local UPS Store deserves 5 stars.

I had to ship a perishable food item overnight, which cost over $100. I dropped it off well before the overnight shipping deadline, but the package never made it to the hub in time. Instead of arriving the next day, it took two days, and the food was completely ruined.

What impressed me was the team at this UPS Store. They didn’t cause the problem, yet they went above and beyond to help me. They spent months advocating on my behalf and working through the frustrating corporate claims process to make sure I was treated fairly. Today, I finally received my refund check thanks to their persistence.

It’s disappointing that customers have to fight so hard when an overnight shipment isn’t delivered as promised, especially when it’s a time-sensitive food item. But the employees at this location truly care about their customers and never gave up on helping me.

Thank you to the staff here for your professionalism, persistence, and outstanding customer service. You turned a frustrating experience into one that reminded me how much dedicated local employees can make a difference.”

“Prior to drive to the store, I called to inquire about their binding services. An estimate of the price was provided on the call, and I was informed that I could place the order as a walk-in since I needed it same day.

I visited the store closer to closing as the day slipped from under me. I was greeted by Ms. Trinise who was super busy at the time I walked in, but took the time to answer my questions and ask questions to ensure I would be able to get the job I needed done. After a few minutes, we decided that it would be best for me to return tomorrow at opening for a better chance to get the job complete same day. I would like to note that the conversation I made to the store before coming over was shortly after opening and I intended to come sooner than I did.

Taking Ms. Trinise 's advice, I returned back to the store the next day. She remembered the preferences I selected the night before and told me the job would complete in about an hour. Her empathy, understanding and her word (she kept her word and completed the job sooner than I expected).

Even when having go manage multiple customers and orders, you do so well! This was my first time visiting this location and because of your light, I will be back.
