“The service representatives were very cordial, professional and knowledgeable.
I did like that they emailed and text me the pictures of the issue and also the other things they checked.
The service was for the A/C, and I did have to return when it stopped cooling again because another part failed. They replaced the part and so far, it has been cooling as expected. Because I did have to return the second time, I’m looking for a discount on my next service. We’ll see.”
