“The front desk attendants are very sweet, they greet you with smiles and always around for your needs. I’ve stayed in a hotel recently that would leave a note that they’d be back and guests were just waiting for whatever they needed. Holiday Inn is just well managed in general. Had to use 5 days to keep diamond status before the end of the year and it has a nice clean hot tub that works. Enjoyable place to lay your head.”

“Not bad rooms for the price. We had room 103, our daughters had 104. Our room was clean, and the staff gave us plenty of clean towels each day. Room 104 was okay, in the bathroom, black mold was on the shower. Not good.
Found a cat standing outside our door. Such a sweetheart. Wanted to take it home, but we have cat allergies and asthma not an ideal situation.
We will be back again, this time, we’ll bring bleach a kill that mold.”

The removal crew was very professional clean straight cuts with no additional damage to my under carriage. “Nice and quiet over there. It’s not a deluxe hotel but it’s very comfy, price is reasonable, room is overall clean and the service was kind and friendly. I’d go again. Only problem was the blanket had a skid mark on it or something but outside of that the room was clean and comfortable.”

“We stayed here twice while house hunting in the area and would definitely return. We were traveling from out of state to tour homes in nearby master-planned communities, and this hotel was the perfect home base for both visits. The rooms are clean and comfortable - everything you need for a short-term stay without unnecessary frills. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone from check-in to check-out was friendly and responsive, quickly addressing our questions and making us feel genuinely welcome. When you’re in the middle of a big move and dealing with the stress of house hunting, that kind of hospitality matters.
