The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, particularly Gretchen, who is described as absolutely great in providing exceptional hospitality and going above and beyond to make guests feel genuinely welcome. The hotel is also known for its comfortable rooms and delightful restaurant with delicious salads. Whether hosting a wedding party or simply visiting the area, the Hotel Paisano is a wonderful historic venue that provides an authentic West Texas experience in the high desert.
Since this is an old establishment, things break in the bathroom. However, the staff was great in fixing it asap and were wonderful to work with. Politeness and promptness goes a long way. Would highly recommend and stay here again.

We loved the history and atmosphere of the Hotel Paisano. The staff was warm and welcoming and very helpful. In particular, Gretchen was a lovely hostess, taking the time to learn our names and help us with our needs.

In fairness, I cannot say as I did not stay overnight, however the lobby and public areas are truly beautiful. I am sure on the weekends it is a fun place! Quiet on weekdays for sure!
