After hitting a deer, I took my vehicle in and Eric made the process super easy, he was very attentive and made sure i was in the loop with everything . Customer service is phenomenal!! Even though we had a little hiccup with the insurance company, Eric was an advocate for me as his customer and made sure that everything was taken care of the right way. The repairs look great and I am very happy with my experience at certified Collison . Needless to say If I ever need any repairs in the future i will definitely be back!”
“We had two thermopane windows broken by rocks from the lawn mower. I called Harrison County Glass for repair. The young lady said they were running a little behind, but someone would be out within a week or two for measurements and an estimate. They showed up the next day and we had an estimate two days later. The new windows came in and were installed today. The workers were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend Harrison County Glass for any window repair or new installation.”

They’ve restored headlights back to new and fixed the defroster wire on a back window so didn’t have to spend a fortune on new parts.
