“I had an opportunity recently. To talk to one of the head people for Super One in the store. I was telling him in particular. That part of the reason the I shop there is because of the prices and cleanliness of the store.Then I proceeded to tell him that I appreciate and I am grateful for the help, kindlyness, and the friendliness of the employees. This man then proceeded to cut me off with they are not the issue.Well for me as a loyal customer that is an issue. Because if I don't feel valued I don't spend my money. It makes me feel unwelcome. Therefore they should be appreciated more than it seems that they are. If it were not for them, that's one of the factors that I spend as much money there as I do.I can see both sides of the issue. I have worked both sides of this issue employer and employee. As an employer I treated people that work with me the way I wanted to be treated. As an employee if I wasn't treated as though I was appreciated I would find another job. This happened more than once over the years.”

“We went here on a whim and it was a delightful experience! They have fresh meat vegetables and garlic that's already peeled.They have pretty good prices on fish and kitchen tools and a little higher prices for bakery items-overall they had every thing I needed and then some! El Paisano's even carried the eye drops and hand cream that I like. I will definitely be coming back here especially looking forward to their hot deli lunch and 50 varieties of fresh bakery items.”
