“Very nice staff and helpful and the icing on the cake was David the manager today he helps me above and beyond the call of duty very friendly and professional makes you feel at home help me pack up all the shoes and answer all my questions went back-and-forth multiple times to make sure I got the right shoes and ended at 17 pairs could’ve been more thank you, David and Staff for being the best store in customer service at the outlet stores in San Marcos will come back as we always do and I will give him a strong handshake thank you again for making my shopping experience easy and fun ???”

Well we sure came out a winner lol the employees were super helpful and both me and my kido found some shoes we really liked and for a very reasonable price. “I went to the store looking for shoes and had a great experience! Ari quickly saw me trying to figure out what pair of shoes to get and she gave me her honest opinions. I told her what I was looking for in a shoe and she went and got ones she thought would be good and brought them to me. I didn’t find what I wanted in the store so I told her I would try to order some on Amazon and she told me we can order them for you and ship them to your house and it will be cheaper. That is what I ended up doing and I’m so happy I took that advice. If you need help finding shoes I would recommend going here.”

“Great sales. Buy 1 pair of jeans get a pair free. Buy 1 t-shirt get 2 free. Cheap prices on other types of stylish clothes, without sacrificing quality. LOVE getting my jeans here and knowing they don't mark the prices up to cover their expense of offering the free pair/pairs like Khol's does with their clothing.”
“Good shopping experience kinda spendy but I needed clothing to wear in the heat for work and they had a fairly good selection. Not much in the larger sizes but got a couple pairs of pants anyway. Would have been better if anyone had asked us if we needed help...and if they had more 2x-4x clothing.”

“I have had 2 kayaks from Diablo, the amigo and the adios. Both are the most efficient kayaks i have owned. Big body approved. I weigh 250, ive added my body weight in gear and still floating in 6inches of water. The amigo doesn't track as well with out the skeg, the adios tracks fine with out. Multi purpose, duck hunting, lake, bay, river, fishing, light weight, but sturdy. I cant say enough good things about both boats. And if that isn’t enough, the people who own/run the business have incredible customer service. I have added some upgrades on the boats and I’ve needed to make repairs, i am able to email and get a friendly response back the same day in most cases from the owner. It is refreshing knowing you are buying from a local small business who cares so much about their customers and the product they put out. If you are in between buying one of these or buying another bigger brand, i can assure you diablo is the correct choice.”
