“My Lexus GX460 was making a terrible noise when I would apply the breaks. It turns out it was the rotors and break pads in the back wheels. I had already replaced the front but I didn't think about the back. My friend referred me to Ben at Acclaimed Auto Service. He said they had done very good work for him recently at a reasonable price, so I took it there. Ben and and his team checked it out and did the job the same day. I'm so grateful.

“3 or 4 workers were working today. As soon as I walked in, Gilberto who was closest asked if I needed help. I love how they asked that right away. Told them I needed some wiper blades. He looked up my size. Took me to the wiper section. Told me the started at $14 and up. I already knew what brand I wanted. Usually I would get the $14 ones bc I was super broke. But now I’m ok. I told him my vision is so bad and I hate driving in the rain and the dark, and I’m soooo tired of getting the cheap ones now. He pointed out to the brand I had been eyeing and I said perfect! That’s what I saw on Google before I got here!
Went to the computer. His coworkers and them all joking about each other and how they look bc one of the coworkers got some allergic reaction on her lip and it was swollen. Didn’t look that bad I told her. It’s fine. And he joked at least she doesn’t look like the other coworker. Haha.
