“As always, Mrs. Lopez de Leon is extremely professional and welcoming. She assisted me in my transaction and made me feel very grateful about how she conducts herself. She is definitely an asset to this bank.”

“Very impressed with my experience at HEB on Pecan and Ware in McAllen. I was pleasantly surprised to find many of the items I needed on sale. The buns I was looking for were reduced from about $2.50 to .50! I also found some Hershey's kisses on sale from $5.64 to $2! These items, of course, were not expired. The isles were also very clean and the lady at the register was quick and polite. This is not usually my HEB, but I will definitely be back!”

“HEB is hands down the best customer service in a grocery store I've ever shopped at! I could not find a unique food item and the customer service representative consulted another employee and came back with the product. With a smile!”
