βWe decided to visit a nearby branch to resolve our issue regarding loan payments. We were attended to by Vianney, a loan representative, and her supervisor Priscilla .The two ladies were very attentive and extremely patient with my over-explaining of our situation. Somehow we had been charged 4 times in a single month as opposed to a one time payment. Naturally, this would make anyone upset but the customer service we received was exemplary. They were very accommodating to our need for having everything explained. Their customer skills are a credit to this institution. My daughter and I were very pleased with their level of professionalism.Our issue has been resolved. We are very grateful to Rally Credit Union and its employees for treating us well.Additionally the women were very kind and humored me as I told them dad jokes. Because they seemed to have enjoyed hearing the jokes I will include one in this review.βA year ago a friend of mine decided to go to mime school. I havenβt heard from him since...ββ
βI have had my accounts at the Alamo Bank They were closed years ago so I switched to the Frost Bank on Ridge RD. I have never had a problem with with Frost. They are always friendly and professional. I even like going to the bank. I have been in a wheel chair for 5 years. I practiced for a long time and now I drive to the bank every month. Thanks to everyone at Frost Banks.β
