We were attended to by Vianney, a loan representative, and her supervisor Priscilla .The two ladies were very attentive and extremely patient with my over-explaining of our situation. Somehow we had been charged 4 times in a single month as opposed to a one time payment. Naturally, this would make anyone upset but the customer service we received was exemplary.
