Bank of America on Pecan is usually pretty busy, with long lines to the teller windows and at the drive-thru ATM, especially at the beginning of the month. The main ATM often has issues, with a touch screen that does not work good for months and sometimes does not accept cash because it is too full. However, service is generally fast and the bank never takes long. Customer service is excellent and great, with reps always eager to help with detailed services like opening accounts and international wire transfers. Overall, customers report no bad experiences.
I came in to set up a new account. I’m so pleased by the efficient help that I received from Adrian! He was so incredibly helpful and seemed to know what my questions were going to be before I had to ask them. Probably some of the best customer service I have received upon moving to mission TX.
