Horrible customer service. The teller's are super grumpy and rude, and start badmouthing customers when they leave. Very unprofessional.

What’s the point of the acquisition if you’re still the same bank? Long lines, long wait times, one person at the teller box?…. This isn’t the way to run business. I hate that I had to cash a check with you all10th and Nolana location

Well they shut down last week for a couple days for no reason leaving me without any $ and didn't offer an explanation when they returned makes me think they had someone come up with covid
