Carwash Carwash has recently undergone significant improvements under new management, leading to noticeable changes in service quality and customer interaction. Customers have praised the friendly greetings and efficient service, often completing washes quicker than expected. The full wash service, including interior detailing, is particularly highlighted for its thoroughness and attention to detail. Many appreciate the use of soft towels for drying cars by hand, ensuring no damage occurs. However, some customers feel that the manager's approach lacks hospitality, with complaints about his demeanor towards staff in front of customers. Despite this, the overall feedback leans positive, with many returning frequently for the good service and reasonable prices. The establishment is viewed as one of the best options for a comprehensive car wash in the McAllen area, with staff providing helpful advice for additional car care needs.
Carlos did an outstanding job with the auto detailing!!! They picked up my truck at work and dropped it off in time! I was impressed with the detail, very clean and smells great! Price was great too, very reasonable! Highly recommend them! Ask for Carlos!!
