“I recently visited the Club Car Wash on Ridge Road in McAllen, and I cannot say enough good things about the customer service at this location. From the moment I pulled up, the team was incredibly welcoming, polite, and attentive.A special shoutout to a worker named Abby, who helped me at the start of my visit. Her politeness and bright attitude immediately stood out. She was extremely helpful, took the time to answer my questions with a genuine smile, and ensured my car was thoroughly prepped before heading into the tunnel. It is rare to find someone so naturally friendly and dedicated to ensuring customers have a great experience.I also had the pleasure of speaking with the manager, Ethan. It is clear that his strong leadership sets the tone for the entire facility. Ethan was professional, respectful, and clearly takes pride in running an efficient, high-quality operation. He went out of his way to check in on my experience, showcasing the kind of top-tier management that builds true customer loyalty.Between the excellent wash quality, the well-maintained amenities like the vacuums and fresh towels, and the stellar customer service from Ethan and Abby, this has easily become my go-to car wash in the RGV. I highly recommend this establishment for my fellow first responders. If you want great service alongside a clean car, this is the spot!”
