Bad attitude. Bad arrangements as the delivery never came. We had to go to pick up "the next day" and tolerate their bad attitude. Stay Away!

Hours of operation say they open at 9am. Arrived at 9:05 door is locked and didn't look as if anyone was even there was there till about 9:15 and still nobody. I totally understand if thing need to be prepped for the day, but at least change your hours and not make customers wait or arrive just to find out your not even open. Just a waste of my time!

I’ve ordered here before and never had a problem; maybe it’s u see new management ??♀️. I ordered the 2 dozen chocolate covered strawberries for my daughters to be delivered on Wednesday (figured I’d do it a day before Valentine’s to beat the rush). I figured wrong; I only received 1 dozen and then I tried calling all afternoon and the following day with no answer. So besides not having anything for one of my daughter’s, I did t have time to go get anything else. I finally had time to go in person and after being interrogated about who was set to receive it, what days did you call, what times did you call?, they tell me I can only get refunded for 1 dozen; no forgiveness on delivery fee or anything. I will not be ordering from here again!! Take your money elsewhere people ?

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!! ORDERED A GIFT PACKAGE FOR VALENTINES DAY, ALL THEY DELIVERED WERE STRAWBERRIES, FORGOT THE FLOWERS, CHOCOLATE, BASICALLY THE MAJORITY OF THE ORDER...AND THEY WONT RETURN PHONE CALLS OR EMAILS. AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!

Completely disappointing! Fruit was bad chocolate was over heated which caused it to crack and fall off fruit. Chocolate was soft to touch when delivered. Over all not worth the price. You would expect the best quality for the price and got the absolute worst. Order 2 arrangements in same order and they were delivered separately as well. Last time I order from edible arrangements! Do Better!

They don’t answer the phone, left messages to get a call back on order status and nobody calls back, I even used the message thru email option and no response. Order was placed for delivery and was never made. Very disappointed

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!Service is rude. The website stated they are able to make same day deliveries but AFTER taking my payment, a very rude lady called me to let me know they are not doing same day deliveries.Upgrade your website! Dont let costumer pay and then notified them you are not doing deliveries. This is a fraudulent practice.

I wish they could tell you or give you a call to tell you what they dont have something in stock instead of finding out when they arrive. Or at least use another product similar to it. I should of check all these bad reviews before ordering from them..

Some of the fruit such as the pineapple used didn’t look fresh. I bought an arrangement for my grandmother’s 91st birthday that came with a balloon and cupcake. Frosting was lopsided but overall the presentation with the gift bag was “okay” I asked the lady if they sold box of chocolates (their website and app show they do) and she bluntly said no that everything had to be ordered. The lady could work on her customer service skills, she did not seem eager to help out. The store is dead with nothing in any of the display cases, I get it’s the weekend but that isn’t a way to win new customers. I hadn’t seen the reviews on here until afterwards which now I can see why this establishment is ranked so low. I don’t think I would order from here again after giving them a chance.

If I could give it negative stars I would!! Super rude workers, had their kids in the back room (kids are not clean and touch everything) they were making me purchase something for 39.99. BECAUSE THATS WHAT THE BOSS WANTED BEFORE HANDING OUT ANYTHING FREE EVEN IF THE EMAIL/ CUSTOMER REP SAID PURCHASE IS NOT NECESSARY. Asked to speak to a manager and she made a million excuses as to why she/he wasn’t available. Plus you go in the store and everything is turned OFF. Si no quieren trabajar mejor no trabajen

I would order from this location EVER. First off, upon entering there was a horrendous smell, as if something had spoiled. Secondly, they don't have anything in store to purchase. Lastly, the one and only lady in the store was in the back (no customer service skills whatsoever)! If you can't keep up with what the company logo and what they stand for don't have a store.

They delivered my mom rotten fruit on Mother’s Day! How awful is that?? Wish I had read the reviews before hand, this is a TERRIBLE location. I’ll never make a purchase from this location again.

By far the worst edible arrangement location! I have called twice for fruit cones and they tell me they don’t have the supplies to make it. I didn’t even tell them what kind of fruit I wanted in them, so how do they know they don’t have them!

I recently placed an order to surprise my wife on an early Valentine's Day gift. Unfortunately, the bouquet of roses were extremely below expectations, as shown on these pictures that were taken within a couple of hours of delivery. Pedals falling off, wilted leaves, no pride in work. I sent a complaint & never got feedback but a generic auto-reply. I'll expect a similar reply to this post. "We're sorry to hear about your experience, blah, blah. We're look into it. Blah blah blah." I can assure you that I will not be a returning customer.
