I had a problem with my key fob on a rental that I had and asked for assistance. The gentleman, BRIAN , Enterprise rep was very helpful and took care of the problem that I had with the FOB.Great customer service and great prices.SBEE

Make sure you read your contract before you rent. Was charged an extra days by assumption. Reps will misinform you. Do not recommend this establishment.
