“I've rented vehicles from here many times and have never had any issues and have never been overcharged nor had any extra fees added. Everything is real transparent, the employees are super friendly and helpful. Will definitley continue to rent vehicles from here. Last trip I took they even gave me a free premium upgrade to a Chrystler 300 because the car I reserved wasn't ready yet. I wish I was able to give more stars.”

“The woman working the rental counter at noon on Wednesday, 6/25 was a saint. She had 2 needy rental customers changing reservations. Unfortunately for her there was no one else that helped her. There were 6 of us in line. There were hertz employees from drop off and maybe maintenance couldn’t be sure. They didn’t acknowledge us, thanks for our patience or indicate they could not help us. It was frustrating.”
