“My sister and I went to see Fernanda to organize a trip to the State of Utah. She was more than an agent, she find tours and activities for us, that were very nice. Her professional way of taking care of everything was amazing and we had a wonderful experience in our trip. She verified everything was the way we liked it and did not have any problems at all We really recommend her for future travel activities. Elsa and Marisa”

“The lady that helped us was great, but since she was the only one we waited for 40 minutes! Enterprise needs to staff more people during busy times. The rental is fine, but it was not clean when we got it.”

“They gave me very good service! Easy to reserve and pick up the car, the daily rates were super fair, they explained car insurance well. Remember that a deposit is always left, in my case I felt it was a fair amount and they returned it to me very quickly after delivering the car. Good experience, I recommend it.”

“I've rented vehicles from here many times and have never had any issues and have never been overcharged nor had any extra fees added. Everything is real transparent, the employees are super friendly and helpful. Will definitley continue to rent vehicles from here. Last trip I took they even gave me a free premium upgrade to a Chrystler 300 because the car I reserved wasn't ready yet. I wish I was able to give more stars.”

“I had the best experience with the Hertz team in McAllen at the airport. The manager, Mike, in particular provided great assistance to help me recover my lost cell phone, which I accidentally left locked in the rental vehicle when I returned it. It was early morning and the location wasn't open yet. I had to depart on my flight - no choice but to abandon my phone in the locked vehicle. When I arrived home, Mike promptly provided instructions how to recover my phone, and he went all out to help me by communicating by phone and email, taking my phone to FedEx for return, and even sending follow-up photos of the tracking info and package that was sent. This really gave me some much needed peace of mind after a horrible day where I thought my phone was forever lost! Thank you to Mike and Team at the MFE Hertz location!”
