“This afternoon I went to the Progressive Insurance office in McAllen, Texas. The reason l went to that office was because l was nearby and l needed to print the insurance cards, from my phone, for four vehicles l insured with Progressive through an agency far away from McAllen. When I went inside the office, l approached the “head receptionist” because you need to speak with her before you speak to anyone. The bottom line: Her name is Naomi and she was fantastic, l received beyond excellent customer service and she printed my insurance cards. She was polite, courteous, friendly, patient and really made me feel she really wanted to help me!!!!!!! Naomi was soooo good that if l was still working in my profession, l would make her an offer she could not refuse and leave Progressive to work with our team!!! I am very fortunate l found numerous employees in this manner—you find great individuals, pay them well and treat them and their family in a world class manner; it’s such a simple approach and it works for everyone!!!! Naomi, you have all my admiration and my most profound respect!!!!
