They keep charging double on the month then they make it your fault and they add hidden fees for it. If you call to get the 2 payment refunded thats a steal. And they do not help on the matter and still tell you the refund for the second payment taken will take up to 15 days to get refunded. Worst service ever

The worst insurance that I had ... Had a accident but It was the other person fault and they told me it was my fault they did not want to cover anything .. bad experience I was 6 years with progressive no more ..
