You will always have ignorant people complaining and the majority of the time some complaints are valid. BUT not when it comes to IBC, other banks wish they could compare to IBC.
They are everywhere, they are almost a 24 - 7 access deal. Even on Sundays 👍👍

Miss Lesley D. was very nice and helpful! Everyone was friendly. Everything was smooth, no issues. Definitely need more people like her!

Went inside to cash personal check. Only one teller working drive thru and inside...bad scheduling..2 men sitting at computers, female teller busy but friendly and courteous.
