Avoid IBC. Terrible service from Mrs Alma Galindo (so called VP) who didn’t comply with regulation and made it hard to access funds.

The service is sensational, the executives are very friendly and explain the products that one can access or take advantage of.

First time in the USA and all my money gets taken by the ATM... Luckily I had some pesos to sell otherwise I'd be on the street tonight. I'll try fix this tomorrow, if I'm successful I'll change my rating.
