Appointment was at 12 noon it's 7:30 PM I don't know if it's a brokers that are being ass just want to make sure that they have the trucks here like if we have nothing better to do just sit here like you there are paying us very good

Check in 2 hours before appointment time lady who checked me in was nice
Was given dock door right away
Unloaded 45 minutes after appointment time don't think there's overnight parking there's truck stop about 10 miles away

Staff was super nice I got here an hour early and they started loading a soon I as I backed into the door. They had driver appreciation week going on they gabe me food and a shirt. Cool place.

very bad experience working there they made me go to another group just to get fired they already knew what the supervisor of that group was like and he fired me for no reason I do not recommend this company at all ?

To receive you you have to go to another address. It is a waste of time, they make an appointment at one hour and they pick you up 4-5 hours later.

Lazy guy behind the window in the line around 8 people's and he was on the fone when he done from fone then he startes doing some paperwork he don't care about the driver's they should pe respect the driver's . Management should take notice for it and keep happy people's behind the window.

Nice friendly people, arrived at 0730 for a 1130 appointment, given a dor right away.
It's now 0929 unloaded and bills in hand.
Great customer.

You guys gotta streamline your check in/out process. Use an app or something cause 45min to an hour per driver just to check in is a miserable wait when there’s multiple people in line.

never a quick drop or pickup. figure 4 hours here either way. they do what they can but, it's always busy and never enough people behind the desk to get everyone quickly.
