“Associate acknowledged us immediately as we entered. She mentioned the sale and if we needed anything. I needed some straight pants. She advised and walked us to a selection. I was only able to find one pair and she suggested we order them online. She helped us order the extra pants that I wanted online and we were out the door. I didn't get her name but she was a true professional and very courteous.
We went on Thursday afternoon and made our shopping experience very painless. I hate shopping and she made it very pleasant. Definitely will be stopping by more. Thank you.”

“I'm an out-state customer June 13,2026 around 2:30pm I visited 7900 N 10 St ( my favorite store) the McAllen store because is closer to my mom's house. I love buying shoes at Shoe Carnival they have great deals. At McAllen store yesterday something went wrong . I think it's was the manager screaming at the employees. He was Unprofessional and unnecessary behavior at the store . Everyone at the store left because of that reason. If you are a manager you are responsible to be respectful and helpful on achieving goals for the store . Not mistreating the employee . It was awful feeling and scary too. When you don't know what's happening. At the McAllen store there's two sales persons that have good attitude Raph and Sonia they threat you with respect . They offer and explains the store deals. “We visited The Buckle located in the Plaza Mall. My two children were searching for the perfect fit. We met an employee named Lorely, who was incredibly proactive and very helpful. She assisted my daughter, and by the end of our shopping trip, I noticed she was also helping my son. My kids can be quite particular, yet she never appeared frustrated with them and successfully found the right fit for both. Lorely was present throughout the store, actively helping everyone.
