I was just at this store and the employee Susana, that attended my father and I, was very rude to my father and had a terrible attitude, I just wanted to leave that complaint, overall the clothing was great just very bad customer service.

I ordered ahead of Christmas and received the wrong delivery two days late. I was very disappointed with the response I received from customer service. They did not acknowledge the inconvenience and are still making me return the wrong item I received.

Absolutely love this store! I recently shopped at PacSun and was impressed by the selection and overall experience. The quality is always great, and there’s always a cute selection. The environment is always very welcoming, and the staff were very attentive. Definitely my favorite store, I would highly recommend it!!
