If you’ve never been properly fitted for running shoes, I highly recommend coming here. It’s one thing to buy shoes because they look good, but getting shoes that actually fit your foot type and feel amazing is a whole different experience. Couldn’t be happier with our visit!”

“Buyer Beware! Careful what you buy here. NO return policy. Not only wouldn't they return but also wouldn't even exchange past 14 days? What a joke, crap customer experience.”
“Very unprofessional staff. Was left on hold for almost 15 minutes and never got an answer on my online order. Store associate said they never received my order and placed me on hold again to check their computer. Associate never picked up while I as on hold. I called them again to try to see the status of my order and they never picked up the phone afterwards anymore. This is my first time shopping in this store and will be my last.UPDATE: Second associate that answered was professional and very helpful. He had my order ready within 3 minutes of calling!!!”
“Was looking for some new shoes so i called the store and asked if they had them.The guy that answered told me that they did indeed have the shoe and my size.
When i went to the store i didnt see my size until i asked ,and he already had them ready at the register.The shoes were also on Sale so i had the snang them up easy.

The Store needs a revamp,more modern take on a Champs Since it feels souless,almost makes you wanna run out on how plain the walls are.
Also didnt think there was a champs out there in mcallen due to the Store Logo being old and hard to see.”

I used to love browsing through all their goods because they had a bunch of cool stuff. Now the store has a good variety of sports equipment and apparel for fair prices. I get a kick out of having experienced a little bit of the store's evolution.”
