So I go in there to buy feeder fish all the time for my turtles and every time I go in I usually get 50 to 60 feeder fish but I never get the 50 or 60 ft or fish it's always somewhere around 42 or 39 or something like that but I'm paying for the amount I asked for so I bring it up to one of the managers the first time he goes and they get the fish that I'm missing so I just left today and got 50 feeder fish I get home and I count them as I'm putting them in for the turtles there's 39 so I call up there because the associate gave me my receipt just in case they're were not all 50 and the fish expert wasn't Unsure how many he put in there so he gave me two extra which I'm not knocking him he was great with customer service but the manager reassures he trust his guys count but I'm just counting what comes out of the bag and it's not 50 but I paid for 50 so I will be up there in the morning to talk to a higher up this is not cool and that was totally disrespect the way you talk to me on the phone when I'm a loyal customer

I was very excited to have my dog groomed here. I called and setup an appointment for a ‘Bath & Brush with FURminator’. I explained to the gentleman that it was her first time and he kindly took her in. I was told it would take 2-3 hours. I checked in on her after an hour and was told that she was well. I asked how she had done with the nail trimming and anal gland expression. He mentioned that I needed to request the anal gland expression for it to be done. I explained that the website stated that the package came with the anal gland expression. He said that they could try but that they only do 2 external pushes and if anything was expelled and happened to get on her, she would be stinky because she had already been bathed. I wish he would have told me this when I dropped her off in the beginning. This would have prevented me paying for her bath and then just taking her home stinky and having to bathe her a second time at home. Please inform your customers next time, especially if they mention that it’s their first time at the grooming center. I really wanted to make this part of our regular routine with our dog, but we will not be returning. ?

Excellent visit to Petsmart today. The gentleman working at the checkout was so helpful when I first came into the store and when I paid for my product and left. Thank you so much. What a wonderful store, and found exactly what I was looking for.

Have taken my dog to Petsmart at least 3 times before. Descent work. Nothing horrible. This time work done by Daisy. Couldn't even tell he'd been brushed and bathed. We always go like a week with no shedding. This time it was immediately. Soooo disappointed. Will have to think if I ever use Petsmart again.

The child was sick for two days after grooming. After looking under the armpit today, I realized why the child was in so much pain. I am so sorry and will never go there again.

I went to PetSmart to look around. I noticed how filthy the aquariums looked. I was so disappointed. It made me sad for the fish, as a fish keeper myself. I asked, who I believe was a manager, about the dirty water. She didn't answer me, so I kept looking. There were dead fish sucked onto the filters. There were dead fish floating. There were dead fish being eaten by other fish. It was horrible. I didn't want to go see the condition of the beta fish, as I would be more disappointed. You are in the business of selling pets. These are living creatures. If you can not keep up with the care of these living animals/mammals, etc... stop selling them.
