Good customer service. Located next to the dealership. Usually go for the “the works” which includes the oil change. Never had any issues after my vehicle is serviced at this location. Only thing is be sure to get there early. If you get there within the first hour of opening there isn’t much of a wait.

I called 5 minutes before arriving to check if they had a wait for an oil change and they told me there was no wait. I show up and they told me 1.5 hours wait. Waste of time.

Mobile service was great and easy. At first I thought that I had to pay for this service but apparently it is a courtesy of Ford. The gentleman came out to our home, he was on time and serviced my vehicle quickly. Above Boggus Ford has always been great.

I've been going to Quick Lane since purchasing my truck in. 2018. I've been loyal but in the past year the service has been getting worse and worse and todays service was absolutely the worst ever. They have hiked the prices form $54 to now $91 which is ridiculous. They have removed the prices from the wall and you now only find out the prices when you pay. You pay almost double the price for half the service. I was flat out told that they wouldn't rotate my tires because per the tech it would take too long as it had swollen lug nuts. Ford knows they have a lug nut issue and this quick lane has already removed one with their tool. The tech in this case just didn't want to do the work as per what he said it would take too long. This location is in it for the money not customer service. No other fluids were topped off besides the oil change, the tag inside was written out in pen which will eventually fade. I would not recommend this quick lane to anyone. Bad service Lazy techs Too expensive Double the price and half the service compared to jiffy, Walmart, Take 5 oil change,

Bad service I went in for a tire patch and the guy that checked the tires out told my husband there was 3 holes but he only patched 2 and we had to go back just for them to tell is they couldn't fix that 3rd one because it was on the Said if the tire then why did he patch the other 2 make us pay 50 dollars for that if we had to buy a new tire

My son took his car for alignment, tire rotation, oil change and a TX State inspection. While they have a waiting room, he had to get back to work, so we dropped the car off and I gave him a ride back to work. Quick Lane provided a ride for him to retrieve his car when it was ready. That was really nice because my son works within a couple of miles from there, but I it is a 30 minute drive for me. My son was very satisfied with the promptness and professionalism of both the work done and the service. There are several Quick Lane locations. This one is part of the Boggus Ford dealership and service center in McAllen. It is located on Hwy 83 Frontage Road on the west side of the complex. The waiting room was nice with seating for at least a dozen people. While I was there there were only three people. There was a TV which was, of course, showing the soccer world cup which is happening in Qatar. They had some coffee available for those who want it. I had never been there but was impressed. I think you will be too.
