After an extremely frustrating experience with someone on the phone with Spectrum. I decided to in store to see if they could help. My husband and waited 30 minutes and was helped by David G and he was definitely worth the wait. He was able to get our issued solved and in less than 10 minutes. Thank you, David, may God bless you and I hope you go far in life.

Had great customer service today after waiting a bit. David G. Helped us out and got us going within minutes after having a stressful issue with over the phone customer service had us with new service and equipment within 10 minutes. After a long shift and having to do this i appreciate his efficient and dedicated work. Muchas gracias y Dios los bendiga.

Horrible first experience with spectrum! They trying making you get a new line and to get a new phone and they make you pay so much. Then later that day they charge you more without you even authorizing the amount. Spectrum loves to get money from your debit card without you even knowing!

Unfortunately I had the opportunity to go to this store to receive services and one of the guys who served me was super rude and disrespectful. I drove from Weslaco in the rain to receive less than pleasant treatment. He just got upset because I asked him about a service that Spectrum clearly offers. I asked for a manager and they said there wasn't one. We all deserve decent treatment. He did not seem willing to help me and the little information he gave me was done in a bad way.

3 Because it took them 20min to greet or ask if i needed help. Apparently, they did blaming it sign in sheet when there were 4 customers vs. 8 employees on the floor. Need to be better vigilance for better customer service. (Not all New customers know your store to know about the kiosk)

Ended up getting a free mobile line with them for my kiddo when I went to connect my internet. Wasn’t even a thought about getting a phone. All I had to pay for was the phone which was only 30 for an iPhone 13. The only thing that sucked was that you can’t get the phone right then and there you have to wait and get it shipped to you. I think if they had it in store it would be a little more convenient. But it only took 3 days to get to me so not to bad. But hey, whatever can save a buck. Count me in!

This store provided a disappointing customer service experience. We encountered rudeness from staff member Martin, prompting us to cancel our services despite being long-time Spectrum customers.

Location number 1 is no longer available, I had to search again to find it on expressway 83 since the one on 10th ave no longer exists or has changed location and is not updated.
