“On march 13th we encountered some difficulties with the front drivers tire. We walked in to Goodyear tires on north 23rd in Mcallen Texasat 11 a.m. immediately we were greeted by Nikki and attended to. Within 10 - 20 minutes our vehicle was inspected we were shown and walked through main problem with our vehicle by the mechanic then taken back to Nikki walk us through our decision as well as looking for discounts available to us. After agreeing to allowing Goodyear to service our vehicle and taken care of with the same day and getting us back into our vehicle before 5p.m. we were happy customers and talked about future services to come with Nikki and the manager and the mechanic. Great service. Thank you Goodyear on 23rd!”

I got one new tire it was reasonably priced and they gave me a receipt with an estimated time.

First thing in the morning Rick checked it out and found the problem quickly. One missing bolt put my car completely out of commission ? They found the part and had my Pilot ready to go just a few hours later. Shout out to Ross also for finding the part ? The tow cost triple what it cost to have the car fixed, so price was awesome.
