This location needs a bigger Dropbox after hours and an updated facility. It is a busy area and can have very long lines with only one person attending, which is not good. However, the staff are very attentive, good-natured, and willing to help. They are patient and treat customers like family, helping them find what they are looking for. While some note terrible ratings and customer service elsewhere, this location has helpful and nice employees.
