Didn't help at all. Blamed the city. This site needs a better location for package pickup. Sometimes people exiting cannot get thru the congestion of people picking up packages.

The lady with grey hair and black glasses in the front , so rude . I told her i did not have access to my mailbox since i just moved here. And they delivered a package in there and i could not get it. She did not resolve anything. Waste of time

Does ANYONE work here??? I have been calling multiple times a day for a week now with no one answering. I would go up there but I'm disabled and don't drive. Pick up the phone!!!!!
