This location needs a bigger Dropbox after hours I have to drive all the way to the McAllen main usps location just to drop off a priority mail medium box it’s annoying and they need to update their facility people are no longer sending just letters.

Terrible customer service. The attendant asked if I had anything fragile in my package, I said yes and requested a fragile tag. She proceeds to throw the package on a stack of other items immediately after I had just said it was fragile. She also failed to place the fragile tag and when I reminded her she said she would put it later, all while talking to her coworker about loosing weight.
