Not actual number to this store. If you need to contact them your going to need to drive to the facility to talk with them in person. They really ought to update their phone number to this facility and not a 1800 number

This post office has gotten lazier by the minute.
Packages tend to arrive around 7pm a day before and was suppose to get delivered the next day but they delay it till another day. It’s absurd.

Walked in at 3:20pm to apply for my baby's passport. Walk-in time is from 3pm to 4pm according to the website. Well, I was told by the women in the office that she wasn't accepting any more applications because she already had three applicants. THREE!

Extremely disappointed with USPS service at my location. Multiple important pieces of mail that were clearly shown in my Informed Delivery dashboard never arrived — including two letters from the Department of Homeland Security and a bank reward envelope containing three $50 gift cards.
I waited for weeks, received a call from USPS about the issue, and was basically told “everything looks fine” with no resolution or help. If everything was fine, the mail would’ve been delivered.
This is not just frustrating — it’s unacceptable. These are sensitive and time-sensitive documents. There’s been zero accountability or follow-up.
If your mail is important, be aware that this location offers no real support when things go missing.

Super slow services. Packages arrive and are retained for days before they are sent over to the local post office in Mission. Worst service ever. Package arrives to McAllen and gets sent to Arizona🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️ Trash service! Real trash service!!!!

Passport division is trash, instead of helping you and guiding you they offer no support. The least they can do is advertise truthfully and state, WE DO NOT ANSWER APPLICATION or FORM QUESTIONS, please bring everything with you or else don’t make an appointment!
