It turns out it was the wrong part that Ford sent me, but Rodney was up there and he said let me see if I can get this spot out of the one that’s on there. From the outset, he provided clear and direct information regarding the available options and associated considerations.
Although it was evident that JR possesses substantial knowledge regarding various vehicle makes and models, he nonetheless took the additional step of contacting the vehicle’s dealership to confirm the technical requirements related to this specific model, particularly concerning the heated seat components. Despite receiving incorrect information from the dealership, JR exercised sound judgment and problem-solving skills to address the issue and ultimately deliver a quality result.
Additionally, JR maintained consistent communication and provided updates throughout the process. His pricing was fair and reasonable in relation to the services performed. Overall, the work was completed professionally and with a commendable level of care.”

“I grazed the bottom of my bumper. It was not a big scratch. A white line that was not very visible unless you looked very hard but it was bothering me. Came to CT concepts paint and body. Jarret popped into the back was back with some paint and sorted me out in less than a minute. Literally in the flick of a finger my problem was solved. I am so glad I came here. Came to me, loaded, in shop, and problem found and repaired in 2 hrs! Thankfully a Crack in fuel filter reservoir,they had parts, and done! Now, they did not have to drop what they were doing to get me, or fix it immediately.

Also, pricing is fair and transparent. My wife experienced a dent on the driver side of her car that she’s personally named. The dent appeared to have been caused by another car door.
